at Mascoma Eye Care utilize state-of-the-art ophthalmic equipment and
personalized attention from the doctors and staff. Allow
approximately one hour for teaching the technique of insertion, removal
and disinfection . Also sample lenses will be worn for appropriate fit
and sharpness of acuity. Prior to selecting a lens, tear quality
has to be measured along with mapping of the cornea, these are
neccasary for the best fit and long term health of the eye. A final
follow up visit is required to demonstrate the patient's proficiency in
handling the lenses; the long term comfort of the lens; the stability
of the patient's vision and most importantly the eye's health.
The fitting process provides professional services for 1-month, there
will be no additional fitting charges during this time.

outside of the eye will be examined with a slit lamp microscope and the
inside of your eye through a dilated pupil to diagnose diseases such as
cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal degeneration. Among the
specialized tests available when indicated are corneal topography and
